PRO USE WILL BE CLOSED FROM THE 19TH OF DECEMBER 2025 TO THE 5TH OF JANUARY 2026.
TO ENSURE YOUR SCISSORS ARRIVE BACK TO YOU BEFORE THE CHRISTMAS BREAK YOUR SCISSORS NEED TO ARRIVE TO US BEFORE THE 6TH OF NOVEMBER 2025.

Mizutani Factory Sharpening -
PLEASE READ INFO CAREFULLY ON HOW TO SHARPEN YOUR SCISSORS.
In order to maintain your warranty with Mizutani Australia, one of our requirements is servicing at least once every two years with Mizutani Japan.
During this process, we send your scissors back to the Mizutani Japan factory where your scissors were made.

How long will repair take?
Sharpening takes around 4-6 excluding shipment times to and from Japan. At times this can be extended, please check our closing dates, public holidays etc. , and keep in mind the Mizutani factory closing dates that may not be listed can impact the time you will be without your scissors. Please call us on 01 9813 3080 if you have any concerns about this.
When do we send off your scissors for sharpening?
We currently send sharpening in weekly batches, Your scissors will be sent in the next weekly batch from when your scissors arrive to our warehouse. Our team will be in touch once your scissors have been sent to Japan.
