4 WEEKS ONLY

The Loan Pair Process

1. Purchase your loan pair & sharpening in one transaction on the Professional Use website.

2. Wait for the arrival of your loan pair and do not damage the box we send you. Inside the box will be a form, please fill it out, and put your scissors to sharpen inside the same box you receive. Use the shipping label we send you to send us your sharpening.

3. Once we receive your scissors, we send them to back to the Mizutani Japan Factory to be sharpened, realigned and serviced. Please note that we may hold your scissors in our warehouse if prepayment of sharpening has not been made.

4. Sharpening takes around 4-6 weeks. When your scissors are ready to return to you we post your scissors back to you with a returns label in the box again for you to return our loan pair.

NOTE: YOU MUST ORDER SHARPENING AT THE SAME TIME OR YOUR LOAN PAIR WILL NOT BE SENT OUT

Ensure your address and shipping details are correct, Professional Use will invoice you for scissors lost in the post on their way to you if your address is incorrect
